Payment & Delivery

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal and personal cheque. Details can be requested via email or over the telephone. Invoices can be supplied by email or PayPal.

All items are expertly packaged, fully insured and tracked. We are happy to arrange private couriers on behalf of buyers for larger items. International shipping is available on all items, please contact us to request a quote.

We always dispatch promptly but if you have a specific deadline please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do our very best to ensure your order arrives on time.

Most of our pieces have age/history and will most likely show signs of use and wear. Please bear this in mind when making a purchase and be aware that these items are not in 'as new' condition. Whilst we commit to photographing all flaws and describing all items as accurately as possible, please contact us if you have any queries regarding an item.

If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item, please contact us immediately. Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. The period allowed for agreed returns is 14 days. Should a return be agreed, the buyer will be responsible for the initial/return postage costs and a refund will be given once the item has arrived with us in the condition it was sent.
